mad cap enough to keep me watching but didn't keep me overly interested, nice work
This Girl I can see where you are going...
...but it was shortish which can be fine if enough happens, but in this case it was a bit of a lip sync and a bit of arm and hair movement.

The style was nice and as you were going for an unsettling animation it worked, but it all felt a bit too much - unnecessary
